Cross country Mountain Bike racing is off-road cycle racing which takes place in a variety of off-road venues. Mountain Bike racing is often held in parkland, woodland, and forestry sites. These venues are designed to include climbs, decent and other technical features.

Short Track racing is typically a 20 minute mass-start event that takes place on a very short, dirt circuit. The skill level and racing style required will depend on the terrain and the geographic location, however, in all cases, short track is an intense racing format.

The closing date to be eligible for the Welsh Championship races will be midnight on: Sunday 30th June 2024

The closing date for the non-championship events will be Wednesday 10th July 2024.
